Pennington County felony DUI convictions

Yankton, 42, arrested Feb. 8; two-year probationary sentence, serve 30 days in jail, pay costs of $200.25, wear a SCRAM unit. Judge Wally Eklund Matosapa Richards, 26, arrested Mach 18; two-year probationary sentence, serve 180 days in jail, pay costs of $364.25, and participate in 24/7 monitoring or wear a SCRAM unit.
